The popluar Schizo technology breaks new ground, offering skiers the ability to move their stance fore/aft 3cm in each direction for the ultimate versatility. It allows the skier to go from pipe & park to all mountain skiing, or from hard, groomed snow to powder with the turn of a simple screw on the toe piece. For all-mountain versatility and powder riding, you want to stand further back on the ski. For switch and park riding, you want to be further forward. Marker engineers have devised a way for the skier to have both - the Schizo.

All Marker bindings are equipped with the Gliding AFD (anti friction device) which ensures a more effecitve release - with no ill effects from dirt, snow and ice! Individual adjustment of the AFD to the area of application ensures perfect functionality across the entire collection of Marker binding models.

The toe construction with DIN settings up to 18, allows for incredible retention when freeriding. The spring in the toe is inserted horizontally and with a sole plate inclined by 5° it provides the highest energy absorption, reducing the risk of early release. The large support surface optimizes power transmission and allows the binding to absorb tremendous pressure.
Never before has a toe this light provided so much performance.

The Inter Pivot heel construction provides fantastic retention when freeriding thanks to DIN values up to 18. The pressure is conveyed directly to the sole of the boot and, increasing optimal power transmission and energy absorption, while reducing the instance of early release.

Giving it your all in the park or in the backcountry you need various ski technologies. For jumps and new school tricks standing centrally on the ski provides optimal balance. In powder a rear position improves drive enormously, allowing you to use less energy in deep snow. The Multi Stance Adjustor provides a 60mm adjustment range which can be changed quickly and easily by the skier to achieve the ideal stand position.
Marker engineers invented power-width to give our new freeskiing bindings the ultimate power transmission for today's wide skis. NO OTHER BINDING creates as much power and control. Prior to the Duke and Jester, the only technology to accommodate wide skis was making wide brakes. The attachment for Royal Family bindings features a wide bracket that was built on a 76mm minimum ski width. Previous designs had been based on a 63mm ski width.
